Effect of DHA in hippocamapal gene expression of wild type and Alzheimer´s disease mice

To get insight the molecular mechanism by which DHA prevent dementia, we adminisitered both, aged wild type and Tg2576 mice with a high dose of DHA. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 4 different groups of animals. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data between aged wild type or Tg2576 mice with a high dose of DHA and the corresponding untreated controls.
