The bundle contains the review-facing baseline dataset, scripts, figures, LNCS
source bundle, checksum manifest, and review-gate notes. The test data are
synthetic fixtures and local development-stack records only. The packet contains
no production credentials, private keys, customer data, production public-sector
logs, employer data, or Estonian Test X-Road data.
