上海建工集团所有单位对劳务供应商进行评价，评价标准包括年均劳动力、社保缴纳人数、以往合作年数等多个维度，通过多家单位的打分得到一个综合的评分。在评分标准上，尽量减少了主观评价的分值比例，以客观标准为主，并采用综合评分，单独一家单位打出的高分或低分并不成为决定性的因素，保持评价标准的公正性。All entities under Shanghai Construction Group conduct evaluations for labor service suppliers. The evaluation criteria cover multiple dimensions including average annual labor force, number of social security-contributing employees, years of prior cooperative partnerships, and more. Comprehensive composite scores are generated based on the ratings from multiple participating entities. To ensure evaluation fairness, the scoring system minimizes the proportion of subjective evaluation scores and prioritizes objective standards. Notably, high or low scores issued by a single entity will not act as a decisive factor in the final evaluation results.
