The dataset includes fish data, environmental data, and macroinvertebrates data in Lai Chi Wo river of five sampling stations from Jul 2016 to Jun 2017. The environmental data includes water level, water temperature, dissolved oxygen (DO% and mg/L), SSC, conductivity, pH value and turbidity. The fish data includes samples in one year, belonging to 6 orders, 13 families and 21 species. 153 species of macroinvertebrates were recorded in this dataset. Please see README for more details.
