From a sample of 50,000 tweets containing the words “Ebola” in French and English, posted between March 15 and November 8, 2014, two peaks were identified. This is the second, starting on September 28 and ending on November 8, 2014. It contains 2,577 tweets. It corresponds to the dying of the first Ebola patient diagnosed on American soil, Thomas Eric Duncan.
