DropTrack - Droplet identification and tracking tool dataset

This dataset contains two types of data. A) Training data to YOLO models to identify droplets in images taken from microfluidics experiments. The training data format can directly be used to train YOLOv5 and YOLOv7 models. The training data consists of 1902 images from experiments and 2500 sysnthetic images. B) Trained YOLOv5 and YOLOv7 models using the dataset mentioned in point A above.
