A zip file containing all gene alignments used in MK-style analyses. Each species (e.g. Palmeretal2017Alignments/insects/Apis) has two subdirectories: polymorphism and divergence. Polymorphism includes alignments of ingroup genes and were used to calculate within-species polymorphism, while divergence are alignments between the ingroup consensus sequence and the outgroup outlined in Palmer et al, 2017.<br>
