This project aim to gather Korean gut samples via online survey. According to the response of the questionnaire, we chose 100 volunteers who believed to be healthy. We collected stool samples from the volunteers using OMNIgene-GUT. The 16S V3-V4 region was amplified and sequenced using an Illumina MiSeq device.
