Tick Virome Sequencing Data from Pakistan for Tick-Borne Virus Detection

This dataset contains raw sequencing reads obtained from tick collected from livestock samples in Pakistan. RNA was extracted from the samples and sequenced using high-throughput sequencing technologies (e.g., Illumina). The data represent the complete virome of the collected ticks samples including sequences from multiple tick-borne viruses, such as Liman tick virus (LMTV), Brown dog tick phlebovirus-2 (BDTPV-2), and Jingmen tick virus (JMTV).The files are in standard FASTQ format, compatible with common bioinformatics tools for quality control, assembly, or viral genome analysis.
