For example, enterprises can communicate with high-tier customers 1 to 2 times per month, with mid-tier customers 1 to 2 times per quarter, and with low-tier customers 1 to 2 times every six months, so as to develop more targeted marketing and export strategies. 1. Data Collection: Collect quarterly transaction-related data of rhodium ingots from overseas customers. 2. Data Preprocessing: Classify, merge and accumulate the collected data to facilitate subsequent analysis and application. 3. Algorithm-based Processing: The demand index is calculated as (minimum single-order quantity / maximum single-order quantity + minimum single-order consumption amount / maximum single-order consumption amount) * k, where k is a coefficient that varies across different non-ferrous metal types. Based on empirical experience, the k value for rhodium ingots is set to 1.04. 4. Data Classification and Grading: Classify customers into "high-tier", "mid-tier" and "low-tier" categories based on the calculated demand index level.
