Interim Environment Regulation, Stalding Areas

Stable areas/regions designated by the Province of North Brabant in the Interim Environment Regulation As long as zoning plans do not comply with the rules of instruction laid down in Article 3.52 Additional rules of this Regulation, in addition to other articles, direct rules for the establishment of animal accommodation for domestic animals within the Stalding Area shall apply within the designated farming areas, in order to prevent further regional concentration of livestock and to prevent (further) vacancy. The increase in the area of animal housing within a building plot is only possible if animal accommodation disappears elsewhere; the so-called stables.
