Long-read sequencing of mutation accumulation (MA) samples from inbred mice strains

Mutation accumulation (MA) lines were generated from pairs of founder individuals from four different inbred strains (C3H/HeNRj, C57BL/6JRj, and FVB/NRj), maintained between 8 and 15 generations via full-sib mating, and sequenced with PacBio HiFi. The goal of the study was to characterise the rates and spectra of new mutations.
