We have employed a single-cell sequencing approach using 10x Genomics ScRNA-seq to study the role of DPF2 in immune cells of Radiation-induced intestinal injury (RIII). The intestinal immune system has been increasingly recognized for their roles in regulating intestinal inflammation. This study represents the SWI/SNF chromatin-remodeling subunit DPF2 mediates the inflammatory network in intestinal injury and provides new insights in RIII. Overall design: Following 10 Gy X-ray irradiation, immune cells from the intestines of WT and Dpf2 KO mice were isolated by Fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) and analyzed using scRNA-seg.
