在铅酸蓄电池作为电动自行车主要动力源的背景下,2hr容量是电动自行车用阀控式铅酸蓄电池产品质量的重要参数,通过国家标准,针对电动自行车用阀控式铅酸蓄电池2hr容量进行测量,确定在具体标准条件下电动自行车用阀控式铅酸蓄电池2hr容量性能,为生产企业质量改进、加强政府监管、保障消费者出行安全提供参考和技术支撑。对台州电动自行车用阀控式铅酸蓄电池产品进行抽检,依据GB/T 22199.1-2017的检测方法对性能进行定量检测,获得相关数据结果;检测电动自行车用阀控式铅酸蓄电池在标准条件下的2hr容量Ca,包括放电持续时间T、放电过程中蓄电池表面平均温度t、温度系数f、放电电流I。2hr容量Ca=I*T/(1+f*(t-25))。算法根据电动自行车用阀控式铅酸蓄电池2hr容量测量方法和测量程序,确定被测量2hr容量Ca(输出量)与其它量(输入量)包括放电持续时间T、放电过程中蓄电池表面平均温度t、温度系数f、放电电流I之间的函数关系,测量结果Ca将取决于输入量T、t、f、I,形成最终的2hr容量Ca。
Against the backdrop that lead-acid batteries serve as the primary power source for electric bicycles, the 2-hour capacity is a vital quality parameter for valve-regulated lead-acid (VRLA) batteries used in electric bicycles. Measurements of the 2-hour capacity of such batteries are conducted in accordance with national standards to determine their 2-hour capacity performance under specific standard conditions, providing references and technical support for manufacturers to improve product quality, strengthen government supervision, and guarantee consumers' travel safety. A spot inspection was carried out on VRLA battery products for electric bicycles in Taizhou. Quantitative performance tests were conducted according to the test method specified in GB/T 22199.1-2017, and relevant data results were obtained. The tests measured the 2-hour capacity Ca of VRLA batteries for electric bicycles under standard conditions, including the discharge duration T, the average surface temperature t of the battery during discharge, the temperature coefficient f, and the discharge current I. The 2-hour capacity Ca is calculated as Ca = I*T/(1+f*(t-25)). Based on the measurement method and procedure for the 2-hour capacity of VRLA batteries for electric bicycles, the algorithm establishes the functional relationship between the measured 2-hour capacity Ca (output quantity) and other input quantities including discharge duration T, average surface temperature t during discharge, temperature coefficient f, and discharge current I. The final 2-hour capacity Ca is determined by the input quantities T, t, f and I.
