开展了硅真空定向凝固提纯过程固液界面处杂质分离机制研究。建立了真空定向凝固提纯硅过程挥发性杂质的去除模型,明确了定向凝固熔硅过程中挥发性杂质的传质规律,掌握了定向凝固熔硅过程中挥发性杂质在熔体表面挥发行为;开展了定向凝固中不同下拉速率下硅熔体流动的数值模拟研究,探明了多晶硅定向凝固过程的多场协同调控规律,明确了硅真空定向凝固提纯过程固液界面处杂质分离机制,为光伏硅基废料真空定向凝固分离提纯方法提供了理论基础。

This study investigates the impurity separation mechanism at the solid-liquid interface during the vacuum directional solidification purification of silicon. A removal model for volatile impurities during the vacuum directional solidification purification of silicon is established, which clarifies the mass transfer law of volatile impurities in molten silicon during directional solidification and reveals the volatilization behavior of these impurities on the melt surface. Additionally, numerical simulations of silicon melt flow under different pull-down rates during directional solidification are carried out, which clarifies the multi-field synergistic regulation law during the directional solidification of polycrystalline silicon and further confirms the impurity separation mechanism at the solid-liquid interface during the vacuum directional solidification purification of silicon. This work provides a theoretical foundation for the vacuum directional solidification separation and purification method of photovoltaic silicon-based waste materials.
