Pestalotiopsis disseminata strain:HY98 Genome sequencing and assembly

This project involves whole-genome sequencing and de novo assembly of a Pestalotiopsis disseminata isolate obtained from leaves of Euonymus japonicus in China to provide a genomic resource for studies of its biology, ecology, and potential interactions with the host plant.
