SNP validation genotypes

File containing a table with genotypes of individuals analysed for a subset of putatively diagnostic SNPs between flat periwinkles. The sample ID, population and multilocus genotype of each individual is shown in each row. For each locus, the two alleles (1 or 2) are presented in two separate columns. "-9" represents missing data. The txt file version of this table was used as input for the Structure analysis shown in Marques et al (submitted)
