The mRNA levels of 579 inflammatory genes were analyzed with Nanostring nCounter Human Immunology Panel in primary human keratinocytes pretreated with RGRN-305 (HSP90 inhibitor) and challenged with TPA Overall design: The keratinocytes were grouped into 4 different groups receiving; Vehicle; RGRN-305; TPA; or TPA + RGRN-305. Six different donors were used. In total 24 samples.
