This data set consists of data points of 805 teachers from 51 schools in Turkey for the variables of trust in principal, teacher passion, servant leadership and work engagement. The first column of the data set contains the codes of the schools. Then, the items related to servant leadership (N=7), trust in the principal (N=7), work engagement (N=9) and teacher passion (N=7) are included respectively.<br><br>
