Near-complete assembly of wild emmer wheat unveils centromere reorganization during polyploid evolution

This repository contains supplementary datasets and source data associated with our study of wild emmer wheat genome assembly and centromere-related analyses. The files include genome annotation resources, SNP datasets, raw FISH images, and additional supporting results generated during manuscript revision. These materials are provided to support the assembly evaluation, structural and centromere-related analyses, and related figures presented in the study.
