This dataset is the core database of the MeatPartTool software Meat Part tool allow to calculte allocation factors for meat products and co-products at the slaughterhouse gate. The allocation factors are based on biophysical, economic or mass data. The database gives body composition, mass and price of each pieces of animal for 2 species : bovine, ovine. Several breeds are included.
