Reforestation increasingly relies on microbiome-targeted interventions, yet their ecological impacts remain poorly understood. This project contains amplicon sequences of the 16S rRNA gene and ITS from soil samples collected near Douglas fir seedlings across three soil types in Brittany, France. The soils were treated with commercial prebiotic and probiotic amendments and monitored over one year.
