PEPR Data Specifications and Vocabulary

These documents should be used to identify the meaning of variables in the PEPR datasets. The vocabulary provides codes (i.e. concept_ids) that are used across the PEPR Consortium in order to consistently represent facts in a more analysis-ready format. All concept_ids come from the Observational Medical Outcomes Partnership (OMOP) Vocabulary Version 5.0 with the exception of select instruments and items used by the PEPR Consortium for which standard codes did not previously exist. The entire vocabulary (excluding the custom PEPR instruments and items) is accessible to be searched via Odysseus Data Service, Inc.’s online search tool: http://athena.ohdsi.org/search-terms/terms.
