本数据采用新一代高通量测序技术，签署知情同意书后，采集了1000例帕金森病患者及正常对照gDNA/血液，统一送基因测序公司（上海药明康德医药科技有限公司、北京诺禾致源科技股份有限公司），运用Illumina Nova sequencing platform测序系统，开展基因测序，用于帕金森病的致病基因突变谱绘制及 PD 新致病基因/位点的筛选与鉴定。
