The San Giacomo Dataset is an image dataset primarily intended for 3D reconstruction. It introduces a novel hierarchical framework for structure from motion computation. Using overlap metrics as distance measures, it organizes images into a tree structure via agglomerative clustering. Reconstruction is then conducted along this tree from leaves to the root node. This dataset was released by the Department of Computer Science, University of Vienna, and was primarily contributed by R. Toldo, R. Galli, M. Farenzena, and A. Fusiello.
