Unzip this data file. The sedflux folder contains the files used to recreate the basin simulation used in the models. Read the documentation supplied for Sedflux for how to use these files. The file extinctionStratigraphy.R contains the R modeling code for simulating last occurrences within the stratigraphy produced by Sedflux.
