测长仪

测长仪是光学机械或光机电相结合的带有长度基准，且测量范围较小(通常为100mm)的长度计量仪器。测长仪结构型式分为立式测长仪和卧式测长仪。测长仪由基座、测量座和测量轴、尾座、工作台、长度标准器（标尺或光栅等）和读数或显示装置组成。测长仪采用覆盖整个量程的、连续刻度的长度标准器。测长仪通过直接测量或比较测量的方法测量量块、量具、光面量规、螺纹量规和精密机械零件的长度尺寸。为了向山西省提供公正准确权威的测长仪的第三方校准数据，特开展此校准项目。A length measuring instrument is an optical-mechanical or opto-mechatronic length metrology instrument equipped with a length reference, featuring a relatively small measuring range (typically 100 mm). Its structural types are divided into vertical and horizontal models. A length measuring instrument consists of a base, measuring stand and measuring spindle, tailstock, worktable, length standard (e.g., scale or grating), and reading or display device. It employs length standards with continuous graduations covering the entire measurement range. Such instruments are used to measure the length dimensions of gauge blocks, measuring tools, smooth gauges, thread gauges and precision mechanical parts via direct measurement or comparative measurement methods. This calibration project is specifically carried out to provide impartial, accurate and authoritative third-party calibration data of length measuring instruments for Shanxi Province.
