Phenotypes and genomes for: <b>The genomics and physiology of abiotic stressors associated with global elevation gradients in </b><i><b>Arabidopsis thaliana</b></i>

This data contains:1) Phenotypes taken in a diverse panel of ecotypes (up to 270) in three large-scale experiments were we measured plant responses to high elevation stressors: low partial CO₂pressure, high light, and night freezing. Also included are environmental conditions obtained from the CHELSA repository based on coordinates of origin. For a full explanation of abbreviations please contact Diana Gamba. 2) a VCF file contain ing biallelic SNPs of 16 newly sequenced Arabidopsis accessions from eastern Africa.3) genomic maps (bam files) of newly sequenced accessions mapped to the TAIR10 Arabidopsis thaliana reference genome.For methods, please refer to the associated manuscript.

本数据集包含如下内容：1）在三项大规模实验中，我们针对一组包含最多270个生态型的多样化群体采集了表型数据，并测定了植物对三类高海拔胁迫因子的响应：低CO₂分压、强光胁迫与夜间冻害。此外还包含基于采样原产地坐标从CHELSA数据库获取的环境条件数据。如需了解缩写的完整说明，请联系Diana Gamba。2）一份变异调用格式（Variant Call Format，VCF）文件，其中包含16份新测序的东非拟南芥种质的双等位基因单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism，SNP）数据。3）将新测序的拟南芥种质比对至TAIR10拟南芥参考基因组后得到的基因组比对文件（Binary Alignment Map，BAM）。相关实验方法请参阅关联的研究手稿。
