Species-Specific Spectral Tuning of Motion Vision in Butterflies

Data accompanying Supple et al., 2025 "Species-Specific Spectral Tuning of Motion Vision in Butterflies". Code available at https://github.com/jacksupple/Supple_2025_butterfly_spectral_tuning The dataset is split into separate folders (each a separate .tar file): Electrophysiology, optomotor head movements, photoreceptor spectral sensitivities and modelling, and wing reflectance. 1. Download each .tar file, and extract them into a single folder (e.g. "Zenodo_Repository"). You should then have the following four folders in the same directory: Ephys OptomotorHeadMovements Photoreceptors WingReflectance 2. Download the analysis code from https://github.com/jacksupple/Supple_2025_butterfly_spectral_tuning 3. Next, navigate MATLAB to the Zenodo data folder and run the MATLAB code to generate the figures.
