Genomic localization of FLAG-tagged PHF16 and its PZP domain-deletion mutant in HEK293T cells. Homo sapiens

To elucidate the role of the PZP domain of PHF16(JADE3) in the genomic localization, we transiently expressed FLAG-tagged PHF16 proteins along thier cofactors (Xpress-tagged HBO1, ING5, and MEAF6) in HEK293T cells and analyzed using ChIP-seq technologies with anti-FLAG antibodiy.
