Data and code to reproduce analyses from "Trait-based prediction of host species roles in parasite sharing networks"

​This repository contains code and data to reproduce the analyses and create figures from:> Dallas, T, BA Han, CL Nunn, AW Park, PR Stepehns, and JM Drake. 2017. "Trait-based prediction of host species roles in parasite sharing networks" The RData file (`dataForGBM.RData`) contains files also generated in the data processing script (`DataProcessing.Rmd`), which reads in the associated csv files in this repository. `Dallas2017.Rmd` runs the analyses and produces the plots from the manuscript. Generated plots may differ slightly, as data subsetting and model training have elements of randomness.For more details on the analyses presented here, please see the original publication.
