This dataset contains 4-channel QPSK RF signal data collected via software-defined radio (SDR) over-the-air technology, using a 4-element microstrip antenna array for signal transmission and reception. During data acquisition, each batch of signals comprises multiple frames, with each frame containing structural elements such as a preamble, guard interval, data bits, and postamble. The signal data are 3.5 GHz QPSK-modulated signals, collected in October 2024 at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC). These signals were acquired through on-site field measurements, leveraging specialized microstrip antenna acquisition techniques combined with SDR over-the-air technology to capture real-world environmental QPSK signals. Following data collection, we conducted post-processing procedures including noise suppression, synchronization calibration, and frequency offset adjustment on the captured QPSK signals, ensuring the dataset quality is suitable for research across various domains such as wireless communication algorithm testing, system performance evaluation, and antenna array configuration optimization. The optimized signal frame structure is also designed for specific information extraction during data analysis, improving the efficiency and accuracy of signal processing. The release of this dataset aims to provide high-quality real-world QPSK signal data support for researchers working in fields including communication systems, wireless signal processing, and array signal processing, thereby advancing the research and application of related technologies.
