资源简介:

We selected 22 species for genomic evolution analysis of Arvicolinae, including Qinghai vole, Mandarin vole, Brandt's vole, prairie vole (Microtus ochrogaster, GCF_000317375.1), creeping vole (Microtus oregoni, GCF_018167655.1), short-tailed field vole (Microtus agrestis, GCA_902806775.1), Common vole (Microtus arvalis, GCA_007455615.1), reed vole (Microtus fortis, GCA_014885135.1), root vole (Microtus oeconomus, GCA_007455595.1), water vole (Microtus richardsoni, GCA_019206885.1), Transcaucasian mole vole (Ellobius lutescens, GCA_001685075.1), Northern mole vole (Ellobius talpinus, GCA_001685095.1), muskrat (Ondatra zibethicus, GCA_004026605.1), Eurasian water vole (Arvicola amphibius, GCF_903992535.2), Bank vole (Myodes glareolus, GCA_004368595.1), Chinese hamster (Cricetulus griseus, GCF_003668045.3), mouse (Mus musculus, GCF_000001635.27), Norway rat (Rattus norvegicus, GCF_015227675.2), domestic guinea pig (Cavia porcellus, GCF_000151735.1), Rhesus monkey (Macaca mulatta, GCF_003339765.1), human (Homo sapiens, GCF_000001405.39) and dog (Canis lupus familiaris, GCF_014441545.1). Among them, eight voles lack genome structure annotation information, including short-tailed field vole, Common vole, reed vole, root vole, water vole, Transcaucasian mole vole, Northern mole vole and muskrat. Therefore, Homologue-based, de novo and transcriptome-based strategies were used to predict the structure of coding genes of these voles.
