This paper presents an analysis of the economic condition of one of the Polish companies operating in the food processing industry in 2010-2013.<br>To determine the level of financial and indicate the effectiveness of the entity calculated and interpreted: 15 indicators included in the PHI model proposed by John Zietlow, broken down by time horizon (general, immediate, short-term, medium-term). They are based on liquidity, solvency and financial flexibility.<br>Through analysis of these indicators we have received a picture that shows in detail the financial situation of companies and is a helpful tool in responding to environmental relations.
