长寿命高可靠轴承润滑脂关键组分；对标国外公司的合成酯类产品，国内生物基础油产品研究较少，分子结构设计、制备工艺有待突破。基于轴承润滑需求，开展基础油结构设计与制备工艺研究，掌握基础油构性关系规律以及关键性能调控方法。Key components of long-life and high-reliability bearing greases: Compared with the synthetic ester products from foreign enterprises, domestic research on bio-based base oil products is relatively limited, and breakthroughs in molecular structure design and preparation technologies are still needed. Based on the lubrication demands of bearings, research on the structural design and preparation technologies of base oils is carried out to master the structure-performance relationship rules of base oils and the methods for regulating their key performances.
