Identification of transcription factor co-binding patterns with non-negative matrix factorization

This repository contains pre-processed data required to reproduce the results of the paper "Identification of transcription factor co-binding patterns with non-negative matrix factorization". Data include transcription factor binding sites (TFBSs) for 7 species from UniBind 2021 database, joined motif collection from CIS-BP and JASPAR 2022 databases and corresponding physical protein-protein interaction (PPI) data from STRING database.
