Drosophila melanogaster Transposable Element sequence Library and rosetta file V4

Transposable Element sequence library for Drosophila melanogaster, and corresponding rosetta file. Version V4 This is a revision of the files initially published in Lerat et al. 2017 NAR doi: 10.1093/nar/gkw953, and then revised and used in Roy et al., 2020 PNAS doi: 10.1073/pnas.2006106117. The former library was curated so as to remove all sequences that came from species other than Drosophila melanogaster and Drosophila simulans, and to include the consensus sequences from Bergman lab available at https://github.com/bergmanlab/drosophila-transposons. Homonymy issues were solved. Families were re-defined based on cd-hit-est clustering using a 0.80 similarity threshold. Fragmented sequences were removed (minimal length = 100bp).
