射频电容式液位变送器依据电容感应原理,当被测介质浸汲测量电极的高度变化时,引起其电容变化。它可将各种物位、液位介质高度的变化转换成标准电流信号,远传至操作控制室供二次仪表或计算机装置进行集中显示、报警或自动控制。其良好的结构及安装方式可适用于高温、高压、强腐蚀,易结晶,防堵塞,防冷冻及固体粉状、粒状物料。 它可测量强腐蚀型介质的液位,测量高温介质的液位,测量密封容器的液位,与介质的粘度、密度、工作压力无关。

The radio frequency capacitive liquid level transmitter operates on the capacitive induction principle. When the height of the measuring electrode immersed by the measured medium changes, its capacitance value will vary. It can convert changes in the height of various material and liquid level media into standard current signals, which are remotely transmitted to the operation control room for centralized display, alarm, or automatic control via secondary instruments or computer devices. Thanks to its superior structure and installation options, it is suitable for high-temperature, high-pressure, strongly corrosive, easily crystallizable, anti-clogging, anti-freezing environments, as well as solid powdery and granular materials. It is capable of measuring the liquid levels of strongly corrosive media, high-temperature media, and sealed containers, and is unaffected by the viscosity, density, and operating pressure of the media.
