Data and code for: Nest Architecture and Material Properties of Wild-Breeding Reintroduced Crested Ibises (Nipponia nippon) in South Korea: Baseline Data to Inform Pre-Release Training

This record contains the dataset and R code used to reproduce the analyses and figures reported in the associated manuscript submitted to the Journal of Field Ornithology. Files include an Excel dataset of nest-material measurements from 2020 and 2021 (Nest(20-21).xlsx), an R script to reproduce summary tables, statistical tests, and TIFF figures (run_all_clean.R), and a README with run instructions. To reproduce results, download the files to the same folder, set the working directory to that folder, and run source("run_all_clean.R"). Outputs are written to outputs/tables/ and outputs/figures/.
