Kristensen et al. (2019) presented this genome dataset that contained 13,006 SNP markers for 635 F6 winter wheat lines from two breeding cycles. The first breeding cycle consisting of 321 individuals was harvested in 2014, while the second cycle with 314 individuals was completed in 2015. In our simulation study, only 313 lines from the second breeding cycle were used, as all of them had complete data for four phenotypic traits.
