Raw transcriptomic data from wild-type and AT4G33780 knockout Arabidopsis thaliana

This dataset contains raw RNA-seq data generated to investigate transcriptional changes associated with loss of AT4G33780 function in Arabidopsis thaliana. Transcriptomic profiling was performed on wild-type and AT4G33780 knockout plants to capture genome-wide gene expression differences. The data provide a resource for exploring regulatory pathways and biological processes affected by AT4G33780 disruption and support reproducibility and reuse in studies of plant development and stress responses.
