Fruit ripening-related transcriptome analysis in banana. Total RNAs were isolated from two transgenic banana samples (AS1 and AS2) with one untransformed control (WT), and cDNA libraries were constructed by Illumina kit. Later the cDNA libraries were subjected to paired end sequencing by Illumina Hiseq2500 with 100 bp sequence length.
