Monkeypox clade IB sequence

A total of 10 full-length sequences of monkeypox IB branches were assembled and sequenced using MPXV assembly traceability software, with version V1.2.0. The sample of sequence 1 was collected from the blister fluid of Homo sapiens in Guangzhou, Guangdong in January 2025. The sample of sequence 2 was obtained from the culture of blister fluid of Homo sapiens and collected in Guangzhou, Guangdong in January 2025. The sample for sequence 3 was collected from the skin exudate of Homo sapiens in Guangzhou, Guangdong in January 2025. The sample for sequence 4 was collected from the urine of Homo sapiens in Guangzhou, Guangdong in January 2025. The sample for sequence 5 was collected from urine cultures of Homo sapiens in Guangzhou, Guangdong in January 2025. The sample for sequence 6 was obtained from the scabs of Homo sapiens and was collected in Guangzhou, Guangdong in May 2025. The sample for sequence 7 was collected from the urine of Homo sapiens in Guangzhou, Guangdong in June 2025. The sample for sequence 8 was collected from urine cultures of Homo sapiens in Guangzhou, Guangdong in June 2025. The sample for sequence 9 was obtained from throat swab cultures of Homo sapiens and collected in Guangzhou, Guangdong in June 2025. The sample of sequence 10 was obtained from the culture of skin exudate of Homo sapiens and collected in Guangzhou, Guangdong in June 2025.
