This study aimed to compare the treatment burden among patients with multiple long-term conditions (MLTC) across different geographical locations and healthcare providers in Peru. This cross-sectional study (June–October 2023) assessed treatment burden using the Multimorbidity Treatment Burden Questionnaire (MTBQ) among 555 outpatients (≥40 years) with diabetes and at least one other chronic condition.
