该数据由浙江省人民医院泌尿外科在膀胱癌患者诊断、手术治疗、围术期管理及随访监测过程中持续产生，主要来源于门诊与住院电子病历系统及规范化随访记录。 数据内容以结构化临床信息为主，涵盖患者人口学特征、既往病史、肿瘤临床分期与分级、治疗方式、围术期管理指标、术后复发与生存结局、膀胱功能与生活质量相关评估指标等，不包含原始医学影像、病理切片或分子组学原始数据。 该数据集可用于膀胱癌患者风险分层、预后评估、复发预测及治疗策略优化等研究，支持基于统计模型与机器学习方法的单模态临床研究与辅助决策分析。This dataset was continuously generated by the Department of Urology, Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital during the diagnosis, surgical treatment, perioperative management and follow-up monitoring of bladder cancer patients, and is primarily sourced from outpatient and inpatient electronic medical record systems as well as standardized follow-up records. The dataset mainly consists of structured clinical information, covering patient demographic characteristics, past medical history, clinical stage and grade of tumors, treatment modalities, perioperative management indicators, postoperative recurrence and survival outcomes, and assessment indicators related to bladder function and quality of life, and does not include original medical images, pathological slides or raw molecular omics data. This dataset can be used for studies such as risk stratification, prognosis assessment, recurrence prediction and treatment strategy optimization for bladder cancer patients, and supports single-modal clinical research and auxiliary decision-making analysis based on statistical models and machine learning methods.
