Human Endothelium-on-a-Chip: Development of a Microfluidic Model for Cell Viability Assessment under Oxidative Injury - Supplementary Data

The "Ilastik" folder dataset is a part of the supporting information with raw image-analysis data, as well as the protocol of image-analysis and trained image-analysis model. The images are grouped in folders, according to the type of experiment. In the main folder, there are original uncropped images. On images of that folder, an ImageJ/Fiji macro "Crop3500x2160" was run, with the cropped images saved in the "Cropped" subfolder. Images were then segmented using Ilastik, with "Endothelium2" project, available in the "Training" folder. Training data is also available in the "Training" folder. The .h5 files produced by Ilastik were imported in Fiji and processed by "Measure area2" ImageJ macro, which measures the area of the 2nd class (representing attached cells in training). The results were saved as a .csv file, also available in the "Cropped" folder.
