研究者使用入选/排除标准进行筛选，对同意参加本项目并签署知情同意书的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者收集基线资料，包括人口学特征（性别、年龄、教育程度、家庭收入、吸烟史等）、临床信息（呼吸系统症状、药物治疗方案、非药物治疗方案等）、辅助检查（肺功能、胸部影像学、血常规等）及问卷信息（圣乔治呼吸问卷、慢阻肺评估测试问卷、改良的英国医学研究委员会呼吸困难量表）等资料。对部分患者进行精细化管理，对这些患者开展定期的临床随访，包括电话随访和面对面访视，记录患者的症状变化、治疗情况、急性加重次数、就诊与死亡等信息。采集血标本。数据内容最终以EXCEL数据集呈现。Researchers screened eligible participants using inclusion and exclusion criteria, and collected baseline data from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients who signed informed consent forms and agreed to participate in this study. The baseline data includes demographic characteristics (gender, age, educational level, household income, smoking history, etc.), clinical information (respiratory symptoms, medication treatment regimens, non-pharmacological treatment regimens, etc.), auxiliary examination results (pulmonary function tests, chest imaging, blood routine tests, etc.), and questionnaire assessments including the St. George's Respiratory Questionnaire (SGRQ), COPD Assessment Test (CAT), and Modified British Medical Research Council Dyspnea Scale (mMRC). For a subset of these patients, refined management was carried out, alongside regular clinical follow-ups consisting of telephone interviews and face-to-face visits, during which information such as changes in patients' symptoms, treatment status, frequency of acute exacerbations, medical encounters, and mortality outcomes were documented. Blood samples were additionally collected. The final dataset is formatted and provided as an Excel file.
