Fumarate hydratase (FH) deficiency causes hereditary leiomyomatosis and renal cell carcinoma, but there is no effective therapy for FH-deficient tumors. To screen potential drug targets, we utilized an epigenetic-focused single-guide RNA library to identify chromodomain helicase DNA binding protien 6 (CHD6) as an essential regulator for growth of FH-mutated RCC cells. Thus, we performed epigenetic sequencing to investigate the roles of CHD6 in RCC.
