The table shows the association results in males and females separately for all independent SNPs associated with TSH and FT4 in the main meta-analysis (Table 2), as well as for the marker found to be associated only in females in the gender-specific meta-analysis. The last two columns report the p-value (Het P) and the false discovery rates (FDRs) for differences of effect sizes.
