为了确保船用燃料油油品质量，对油品中闪点进行严格检测，闪点指易燃物质蒸汽和环境空气的混合气体与火焰接触时发生闪火并燃烧的最低温度，是燃料在贮存、运输及使用中是否需要加强安全防护的重要指标。通过闪点检测数据，我们可以判断油品中的闪点是否符合标准，更好的帮助用户选择适合的船用燃料油。1.数据采集：从油库收集原始数据，包括采样地点，采样时间；2.数据检测：对采集的样品上闪点进行检测获得相关数据结果；3.数据处理：将收集到的油库采样样品的闪点进行归集，-（燃料油闪点-燃料油闪点标准值）/燃料油闪点标准值=燃料油闪点超标比例，数值为负的话，意味着密度未超过标准值，油品质量合格。To ensure the quality of marine fuel oils, strict detection of their flash points is conducted. The flash point is defined as the lowest temperature at which the mixture of flammable substance vapors and ambient air can ignite and burn upon contact with an open flame, serving as a critical indicator for determining whether enhanced safety precautions are required during the storage, transportation, and use of fuels. Based on flash point detection data, we can assess whether the flash point of the fuel oil meets the relevant standards, thereby better assisting users in selecting appropriate marine fuel oils. 1. Data Collection: Raw data is collected from oil depots, including sampling location and sampling time; 2. Data Detection: Relevant test results are obtained by detecting the flash point of the collected samples; 3. Data Processing: The flash point data of the oil depot sampling samples are aggregated. The over-standard proportion of the fuel oil flash point is calculated via the formula: -(Fuel Oil Flash Point - Standard Fuel Oil Flash Point Value) / Standard Fuel Oil Flash Point Value. If the calculated value is negative, it means the density does not exceed the standard value, and the quality of the fuel oil is qualified.
